Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TurnPro AI ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use turnproai.site. TurnPro AI is an independent service that delivers Turnitin similarity and AI-writing detection reports for documents you submit. By creating an account or using the service you agree to the practices described here.

1 Information we collect

Account information: your email address, display name, and the password hash created at sign-up. If you buy without an account, the email you enter at checkout.
Documents you upload: .pdf and .docx files you submit for similarity or AI checking, and the reports generated from them.
Usage data: submission history, slot balance, plan purchases, referral and spin activity, voucher and redeem-code usage, and activity timestamps.
Technical data: IP address, approximate country, device and browser type, the pages you visit on our site (with an anonymous browser ID), used for security, fraud prevention and to improve the site.
Payment data: transaction records for PayPal / card, cryptocurrency and local (UPI, bank, wallet) payments, including the payment screenshot and transaction ID you upload. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page and are never received or stored by us.
Support data: messages, images and tickets you send through our support chat, report-problem form and policy help chat. Some replies are written by an AI assistant.
Reseller / Partner data: if you join the reseller programme, the account, points balance and activity tied to that role.

2 How we use your information

To process your documents and deliver similarity and AI detection reports.
To maintain your account, slot balance, plans and order history.
To verify payments and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate or fake payment screenshots and account sharing.
To provide customer support through chat, tickets and email.
To send service emails about your orders, plan expiry, vouchers and rewards, and occasional offers you can unsubscribe from.
To understand how the site is used and keep it reliable.

3 No repository storage of your work

Every document is checked in no-repository mode. Your file is never added to any similarity database, institutional archive or public index, so it can never be matched against a future submission, including your own.

4 Report privacy

The internal submission identifier is removed from the reports we deliver, so a report cannot be traced back to a specific checking account.

5 Your documents

Documents you submit are processed for the single purpose of generating your report. We do not sell, publish or share your document content with third parties for their own purposes. Files and reports are held in private, access-controlled storage and removed on our cleanup cycle once they are no longer needed for delivery and support.

6 Data sharing

We share data only with the providers that make the platform work: hosting and database, file storage, email delivery, payment providers, AI providers that help write support replies, and the report-processing pipeline. We may also disclose information where required by law.

7 Data retention and account deletion

Account records, orders and reports are kept while your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time through support. For financial, tax and anti-fraud reasons a record of your transactions is kept in archived form after deletion; it is not used to contact you.

8 Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. Files and reports are served through private, expiring links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9 Your rights

Access the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
Request deletion of your documents or your entire account.
Opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in every email.

10 Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11 Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions or deletion requests: [email protected].

Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, buying a plan or using TurnPro AI you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1 The service

TurnPro AI provides Turnitin similarity and AI content detection reports for documents you upload. Reports are generated through established detection systems and are for information only. We do not guarantee any particular score, and a report will not necessarily match the result shown by your institution, teacher or another account — different accounts and settings give different percentages.

2 Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
One person may not run several accounts to abuse promotions, referrals, spins, vouchers or free slots.
Account and credential sharing is not allowed.

3 Accepted files and your responsibility

Only .pdf and .docx files are accepted, within the size and word limits shown on the upload page. Please open and check your file before uploading. A wrong, empty, corrupted or unsupported file, or content that cannot be checked, still uses the slot, and the slot is not returned.

4 Similarity settings

You choose the exclusion options (quotes, bibliography, citations, small matches) before submitting. After submission they cannot be changed for that check.

5 Processing time

Reports are normally delivered within 5 to 30 minutes depending on queue volume and document length. During very high demand new uploads may be briefly paused. Normal waiting is not a fault.

6 Plans, slots and expiry

Each plan gives a number of slots and a validity period, shown before you buy. Slots can only be used while the plan is valid. When a plan expires, unused slots become zero — they are not carried over, restored, added to a later plan, or refunded. Slots, plans, vouchers and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

7 Payments

You can pay by PayPal / card, cryptocurrency, or local methods (UPI, bank, wallet) with a payment screenshot. Manual payments are added after our team checks them. Fake, edited or reused payment screenshots lead to rejection and can block uploads. All purchases are final and non-refundable — see the Refund Policy.

8 Vouchers, spins and rewards

Vouchers and spin prizes are promotional, valid until the date shown, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if abused.

9 Acceptable use

Upload only documents you own or have permission to submit; nothing illegal, harmful or infringing.
Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape or bypass the limits of the platform.
Do not resell reports except through our official reseller programme.

10 Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, attempt fraud, make false claims, file chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving the service, or share accounts. Remaining balance on such accounts may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnPro AI is not liable for indirect losses, academic outcomes, or decisions made based on a report. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

12 Independence and changes

TurnPro AI is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Turnitin, LLC. "Turnitin" is a trademark of its owner. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms. Contact: [email protected].

All purchases are final — 100% non-refundable

Once your payment is made and the plan is added, there is no refund, no cancellation and no partial refund — for any reason or excuse. Please think before you buy. Not sure? Start with the $2 Trial Pack.

No refunds

Payment made = plan added = final.

"Fake report" is not a reason

Different accounts and settings give different %.

Expired = zero

Unused slots end with the plan and are never added back.

1 All payments are final

Every purchase — any plan, by PayPal / card, crypto, UPI, bank or wallet — is final once the payment is made and the plan or slots are added to your account. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, partial refunds or exchanges, including for unused slots or a change of mind. Read the plan details (slots, validity, price) before you pay.

2 "The report is fake" or "the percentage is wrong" is not a refund reason

Our reports come from Turnitin's own systems. The similarity and AI percentage always depends on the account and its settings, so the same document can show a different score elsewhere because of:

a different institution, class or instructor account and its repository settings;
different exclusion settings (bibliography, quotes, citations, small matches);
a different date or detection-engine version, or other papers already submitted there.

A different score from your school, teacher or another service does not make our report fake or wrong, and being unhappy with a correctly generated score is not grounds for a refund.

3 Plan expiry: unused slots become zero

Slots can only be used while your plan is valid. When the plan expires, any unused slots become zero. They are not carried over, restored, added to a new plan, or refunded — please use your slots in time.

4 You are responsible for the file you upload

A wrong, empty, corrupted or unsupported file, or one that cannot be checked (language or word limit), still uses the slot. The slot is not returned.

5 What we do fix (this is not a refund)

A report was never delivered because of a fault on our side → we deliver it or put the slot back.
You were charged twice, or your payment was confirmed but the plan was not added → we add the plan or reverse the duplicate charge.
You believe a report belongs to a different file → use "Report a problem" (🚩) on that report in your dashboard; our team checks it and re-runs it if it was our mistake.

6 Not eligible — no refund

Change of mind, or no longer needing the plan.
A different similarity or AI percentage elsewhere, or calling a correct report "fake".
Unused or expired slots, or a plan that ran out.
Wrong, empty, corrupted or unsupported files; documents that could not be checked.
Waiting time in the queue, or wanting different exclusion settings after submitting.
Accounts suspended for fraud, false claims, account sharing or terms violations.

7 Chargebacks and disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a service that was delivered, or making false claims, leads to account suspension, and remaining balance is forfeited.
